Computer Science Labs
About the Majors Lab
The Majors lab, located in room 006 LOV, is available for Computer Science majors and, on a space available basis, other students currently taking a CS course. A valid FSU Student ID is ABSOLUTELY required for access. Computers available to students include Intel Pentiums running either Windows XP or Red-Hat Linux, SunRays (Sun Microsystems diskless workstations), a Macintosh G4, and an SGI O2. Also available is flatbed scanner and a laser printer (named majors).
The phone number to the majors lab is 644-6097.
Indivduals who would like to apply for a position as a lab monitor in the Majors Lab are instructed to fill out the following application and submit it to Randolph Langley in room MCH208.

About the Grad Lab
The Grad Lab is located in LOV 104 and is always open to graduate students. Access is restricted via a swipe card system using the FSU card. In order to have your FSU card provisioned, please stop by the System Group's office in room MCH 208.
The Grad Lab (located in LOV 104) features 5 Windows XP machines, two linux machines, and a more private environment than the Majors Lab.
